In compliance with the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679 (European Regulation for the protection of personal data) and with Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018, with this Privacy Policy CANTIERE VIAREGGIO S.R.L. – as Data Controller – provides the necessary information regarding the processing of personal data provided on this web page.

3. PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS AND LAWFULNESS OF THE DATA PROCESSING

4. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

It should be noted that the use of Google Drive or Dropbox may involve the transfer of data to servers located abroad (both EU and non-EU), always in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and, in any case, in compliance with maximum security.
6. PERIOD OF STORAGE OR CRITERIA USED TO DETERMINE SUCH PERIOD
In compliance with the provisions of art. 5 EU Reg. 2016/679 and with the minimization principle, the collected data will be stored on protected IT systems or in paper form in a manner that allows the identification of interested parties for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are collected, and in any case no later than 12 months from collection.
If for any reason you deem the purpose of the processing to be exhausted (before the aforementioned deadline), you must notify the Data Controller in writing, who will immediately delete the collected data.

7. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES AND MODALITIES OF EXERCISE OF SUCH RIGHTS

These rights are guaranteed to you without special charges and formalities for their exercise.

8. DATA PROCESSING METHODS
The personal data you provide will be processed, managed and stored with the aid of electronic IT tools and in any case in such a way as to ensure their security and confidentiality. The processing will be carried out by expressly authorized internal staff. The processing of personal data takes place without the intervention of automated systems or processes and no profiling activities are carried out.
9. NATURE OF DATA SUPPLY
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the application forms or indicated in contacts to request the sending of informative material or other communications. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.
10. DISCLOSLURE OF DATA
The personal data collected will in no case and for no reason be disclosed to third parties not authorized by the Data Controller and may be exhibited only upon request of the Judicial, Financial and Guarantor Authorities, as well as to all other subjects to whom the communication is required by law for the accomplishment of the aforementioned purposes.
